March 5, 2013 Tuesday. "Dear Self, remind yourself this" as I doodled on my iPad. It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness.
This is the "Open" sign at the store, just before I turned the switch off.
This is supposed to be Adobo. But I put too much water. It doesn't look right, but the taste was pretty close. So I am happy.
