Thursday evening. I thought I would cook the frozen egg-rolls we bought in Calgary. I was looking forward to a very tasty meal. But as I find out. I put the heat on too high. So I ruined it. Oh how sad, and so disappointed with myself. I ate it. It wasn't too bad.

Today's lesson. To fry egg-rolls, go easy on the heat. and be Patient!

January 2013. Another year begins.

Celebrating the new year at Marivic's house. December 31 - New years's Eve!!! Getting ready for the countdown for 2013. Had new year's party at Marivic and Sol's house in Cranbrook! Then gone to Shotgun Willy's for some partying. It was so much fun!

New Year Celebration was fun last night. Had gone to the club with Ron and some of our friends and crashed at Eric and Tims home. This is our first photo of year 2013.

This year's first meal.  I thought I would make an exception and just Eat Big! I regretted doing that soon after ofcorse. I have a hard time learning in this department. Hahahaha.

Books recommended by Deb. I am going to consider reading these. I'll see If I like it.
