Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for the Elk Valley for today and tonight (April 13)."This is a warning that significant snowfall is expected or occurring in these regions," Environment Canada stated in a 9:44 a.m. Weather Office warning. A Pacific frontal system will spread snow over the Elk Valley and in the Rockies of B.C. Snow amounts up to 20 cm can be expected through tonight.
