January 10, 2011 - Monday: LTO - Land Transportation Office. It takes about 4 days or more to get a driver's license. In my case, I had to rewrite the exam and the actual road test. Lots of fees for every move.
January 10, 2011 - Monday: Lots of dissatisfied clients. This place is very inefficient. You can tell they are hardly managing at all. If there is some sort of management going on, it is very very poor. It's sad.
January 10, 2011 - Monday: Most of these people have to spend at least an entire day. Most of them have to come back over and over again. A lot of wasted time. I took this photo after I was able to obtain my new driver's license. I'm so glad to get out of there.
