    Dear Ed

    Another year added to your age but again, do not count your age instead count the many blessings you had and will have in the future.

    You may have experienced sorrow those past days but then you will have fun these coming days. Keep up your good perspective in life and God bless you. Take care and miss you my friend.

  5. hi edgar,

    very profound and personal nga ang email mo I was surprised and at the same time glad that you took the time to email me. I know there is more to you than skin deep, you are a very smart and loving person and someone I respect no matter who or what you are... as much as I would like to get to know you and Ron more on a personal level... time, place, circumstances, etc., is my excuse, lol.

    You are right, there is more to an individual than skin deep...and there is more to me than being a friend someone can run to when they need help or a shoulder to cry on, I also need someone I can run to and a shoulder I could cry on....but sad to say I don't have that someone here (except maybe Marcel)....eventhough I have lots of friends around not too many of them knew or aware of that....they are too busy whining about their own problems. But, I find my strenght in God, my faith, and prayers and there is still a lot more to know about me than what other people think they see or hear about me. But I don't care I love myself who else will love me, right?

    Well this is all for now "Kuya Eddie". Thanks for the website.

  6. well edgar, don't get me wrong ....what i meant by saying it's only marcel is that he is my only best friend, yes i agree i have lots of friends but it seems to me everytime i open up about something or some problem to anyone their line is "what's your problem you have marcel" or "at least your working" or "at least you have your mom here" etc...when all i need is for them to listen and be there .... and when i needed help the only one friend i thought i could ask and rely on for help let me down...that sucks and that's how i feel anyway but i have nothing against anyone. i think they are just too busy with their own life.

    i used to watch dr. dyer on tv i think he is stil on once in a while on sundays.

  11. Ungga;

    It took ages for my thoughts for you to be seen on the the printed page. I always find my fingers folding colored paper during idle moments at work. Wala kasing maikwento. Yun lang. I will be sending a collection of my origami
    favorites. These will be my birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, Valentine presents, and whatever occasion tsuba for you.

    My mom has been home since the last week of July. No one in the office new about it. Had to keep silent because I did not want to be sent to my branch offices for periodic IELTS reviews. She will be back in San Francisco before
    the end of November.

    Your blog on your mom's life is an inspiration. I could not picture how she was able to raise a family 'on her own resources.'

    The only means now for me to learn from her is through you.

    I have to go. I promise to always stay connected.

    I love you. Keep yourself warm.

  12. Hello Edgar, How are you now? I hope you're fine now and back to your usual self. Anyway, I just received the disk you sent me, played it on the DVD player but could not read the disk! I tried it on the PC and could play it but without sound. So we just watch all of you during the funeral but no sounds. Thanks, I hope there is a way to be able to hear what were said during that activity at a local internet shop. regards, take care
