Obtaining a Driver's License

January 6, 2011 - Thursday: Come very early - Before 7 AM. The lineups get very long. For a heavily populated city like Baguio, there is only 15 seats available for a mandatory seminar for any Filipino who hasn't renewed their license for 2 years or more. In my case - 6 years.
